How do I choose my size?
Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and compare your measurements with our Size Guide. Kimvi Nails sets are available in XS, S, M, and L.
What if I am between sizes?
Choose the larger size and gently file the sides of the press-on nail for a more precise fit. We do not accept returns or refunds for an incorrect size selection, so please measure before ordering.
Production & shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
Every set is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
What U.S. shipping options are available?
- Standard Shipping: $5.99, estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Free Standard Shipping: U.S. orders of $70 or more after discounts and before taxes.
- Express Shipping: $20.00, estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed after your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's page to show movement.
Changes, cancellations & issues
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@kimvinails.com within 12 hours of placing your order and include your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every set is handmade to order and intended for personal use, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, style preference, or an incorrect size selection.
What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact support@kimvinails.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not wear, alter, file, or apply the affected nails before contacting us.
Care & reuse
Can Kimvi Nails press-ons be reused?
Yes. With gentle application, removal, and proper storage, your press-on nails can be reused.
How should I care for and remove my press-ons?
Apply them to clean, dry nails and avoid water for the first 2 hours. For removal, soak in warm soapy water with cuticle oil and lift gently—never force or peel. Clean off adhesive residue and store the set in its original box.
